InkDraft

Extract proposal terms from a call

Paste a call transcript or meeting notes below to preview the extraction layer. InkDraft identifies budget ceilings, fees, usage limits, timelines, and buyer constraints; the full product turns those terms into the proposal, contract, signature flow, and payment milestone.

This is a preview of InkDraft's extraction layer, not the full proposal workflow.

FAQ

What does the term extractor do?

It reads a call transcript or meeting notes and identifies commercial proposal terms: budget ceilings, fees, package names, usage limits, timelines, payment terms, and buyer constraints. Each term includes a short evidence quote from the text. The result includes a sample proposal line showing the math.

Is the extraction accurate?

The tool surfaces terms that appear in the text you provide. It does not invent terms. Evidence quotes point back to the source so you can verify each extraction before using it. In InkDraft, the full workflow runs extracted terms through deterministic arithmetic, not the language model.

What happens to my transcript?

The transcript is processed and discarded. It is not stored, logged, or used for training. Only coarse metadata (request status, input length bucket, and duration) is recorded.

How is this different from the full InkDraft workflow?

This tool previews the extraction layer from a short excerpt. The full InkDraft workflow imports the complete call recording, generates a traced proposal, continues the same terms into the contract, and carries the deal through client review, signature, and payment.
