Cancel or withdraw

This page lets you cancel your subscription or withdraw from a recent purchase without signing in. Enter the email associated with the purchase and we'll send you a confirmation link. This verifies that you control the email address before anything is filed.

Cancel subscription

For an ongoing subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. If we cannot match your email to an active subscription, your request goes to manual review instead.

Withdrawal request

For consumer purchases under the EU 14-day withdrawal right. We queue your request for manual review and calculate a suggested pro-rata refund.
