The landscape design, plant schedules, and irrigation plans are delivered to Harborview Plaza upon final payment with full usage rights for ongoing maintenance purposes. Greenline Landscapes carries commercial general liability insurance, with certificates available on request.
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, Harborview Plaza pays for all work completed and materials procured through the termination date. Plants and materials already on site become the property of Harborview Plaza.
