Fix common setup, document creation, sharing, signing, and payment issues.
Use this page when InkDraft asks you to complete setup, change an input, or take another action before continuing.
Organization does not have an active plan
Ask the organization owner to choose or update the plan in billing settings.
Document allowance reached
If your plan includes a document allowance, upgrade or wait until the allowance resets.
Set jurisdiction before creating contract drafts
Contract drafts require the organization governing-law jurisdiction. Add country and state, province, canton, or region in organization settings.
Unsupported transcript file
Engagement transcript uploads support PDF, TXT, Markdown, DOCX, SRT, VTT, and JSON. If the upload fails, paste the text directly or export a text-based version of the transcript.
Knowledge upload does not work
Knowledge uploads support PDF, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, CSV, XML, TXT, TEXT, Markdown, and JSON up to 10 MB. Remove unsupported files from the upload queue and retry.
Client link or access code does not work
The link may have been revoked, the access code may have changed, or the recipient may be using an old code. Copy the current link and code from the share dialog.
Signing is locked or stuck
If edits are needed during signing, cancel signing first. If a signer did not receive an email, resend it from the signing status dialog.
Payment cannot be collected
Check that payments are enabled, payment terms are accepted, and the payment account is ready. If an installment payment is blocked or disputed, update the payment request before continuing.
