Client review

Share a document only after you have reviewed it and decided it is appropriate for client review.

Access modes

InkDraft supports three client access modes:

• View only: client can read the document.
• Review: client can read, comment, and suggest changes.
• Edit: client can read, comment, and edit document content.

Access codes

Access codes add an extra step before a client can open the link. Use a code for sensitive documents and share it through a separate channel.

Comments and change requests

Review mode lets clients leave comments and change requests. Change requests are tracked so you can accept or reject them instead of manually copying feedback from email.

Link management

You can update access, revoke access, or create a new client link from the share dialog. Revoke access when the document should no longer be available.

Proposal page

For proposals, you can enable a branded proposal page, edit the page content, and monitor client engagement.
