What to upload
Good knowledge sources include:
- Service descriptions and delivery models
- Case studies and selected work
- Reviewed positioning and boilerplate language
- Pricing context and packaging notes
- Project plans, terms, and playbooks
- Prior documents that represent how your team works
Supported files
Knowledge uploads support PDF, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, CSV, XML, TXT, TEXT, Markdown, and JSON files. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
After upload
After upload, wait until the file is ready before using it for a new document.
Remove outdated material
Remove files that are outdated, inaccurate, or should no longer influence future drafts.
Practical guidance
Keep sources specific and current. One concise service guide usually helps more than a folder of stale drafts.
