Organization setup

Configure organization details, branding, plan, members, and sender email addresses before creating drafts.

Your organization contains the drafts, members, knowledge, and payment settings your team uses in InkDraft. Complete this setup before creating document drafts.

Set the organization name and legal name. The organization name appears throughout the app; the legal name is used where generated documents need the contracting party.

Set the jurisdiction country and state or province. For US organizations, choose a valid US state. For non-US organizations, enter the relevant state, province, canton, or region.

Plan and usage

Choose or update your plan from billing settings. If your plan includes a document allowance, InkDraft shows usage details when the allowance is reached.

Branding

Upload an organization logo and choose a document brand color. Proposals always use the brand color. Contracts can also use it when branded contracts are enabled.

Members

Invite teammates from organization settings. Plans can include seat limits, so upgrade before inviting more members if every included seat is already in use.

Sender email addresses

Before sending a document for signature, make sure the sender email address is verified in account email settings.
