Choose a workflow
Decide whether InkDraft should generate a proposal draft, contract draft, NDA draft, or combined document set.
InkDraft offers three ways to create document drafts. Choose the one that matches the next commercial step.
Proposal first
Choose Proposal for a staged workflow. InkDraft generates a proposal draft first, and you can later convert it to a contract draft. Use this when the buyer still needs to review scope, pricing, or the business case.
Contract first
Choose Contract for a direct workflow. InkDraft generates a contract draft from the engagement input. Use this when the commercial terms are already clear and the next step is agreement review.
Contract-first workflows can create drafts for:
- Professional Services Agreement for services work.
- Partnership Agreement for referral, marketing, licensing, promotional, or partner arrangements.
Partnership Agreements require the customer representative name.
NDA only
Choose NDA when confidentiality is the immediate next step and you do not want a proposal or contract at the same time.
Include NDA
For proposal-first and contract-first workflows, you can include an NDA draft alongside the generated document. NDA-only always generates an NDA draft.
