Create an engagement

Start a client opportunity from a transcript, meeting notes, or a summary.

Create an engagement when you want to turn a sales conversation into a document draft.

Choose the input type

Choose Full transcript when you have speaker turns, timestamps, or a complete call record. Choose Meeting summary when you have notes from tools like Fathom, Google Meet notetaker, Granola, Otter, Fireflies, or your own summary.

Supported transcript files

New engagements accept PDF, TXT, Markdown, DOCX, SRT, VTT, and JSON transcript files. You can also paste transcript or summary text directly.

Required customer company

InkDraft requires the customer company name before continuing. Use the legal or commonly used customer name you want reflected in drafts.

Add a prospect website or LinkedIn profile when you want InkDraft to use public company context. Leave both fields blank when you only want to use the transcript or summary.
