Review and edit documents

Review generated drafts, make changes, preview, and export.

Generated documents are drafts until you review them. Treat every generated section as editable working material.

Wait until the draft is available

Open the document after InkDraft finishes creating it. If creation fails, return to the engagement and try again.

Follow the document stage

Use the document stage to understand what you can do next. Drafts can be edited, shared documents can collect client feedback, and documents you choose to proceed with can move to signature.

Editing and saving

Edit generated fields directly in the workspace. Save changes before switching tasks, sharing, exporting, or starting signature. If another change conflicts with yours, InkDraft asks you to resolve the conflict instead of silently overwriting content.

Proposal tools

For proposals, use the editor tools to show or hide sections, reorder content, add custom blocks, add images, review the draft, and adjust pricing details.

Preview and export

Use preview before exporting or sending. Exported PDFs reflect the current document version. After signature is complete, download the signed PDF from the document.
